In order to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, our hotel has set out the following rules of use in accordance with Article 11 of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation.

If you do not observe these rules, please refrain from using the accommodation or facilities in accordance with Article 12 of this agreement and ask the customer for the burden of the responsibility.

1. In the guest rooms, smoking, smoking, etc., are prohibited, such as heating, cooking and ironing.

2. It is forbidden to use the room for any purpose other than accommodation, such as business activities such as exhibitions, use as an office, rally or party without the permission of the hotel.

3. We can not change the state of the room without the permission of the hotel or prohibit the move of the equipment.

4. We do not allow gambling, disgusting behavior or other offensive behavior in the hotel.

5. Within the hotel, we do not allow advertising, distribution of promotional materials, or sale of goods without permission.

6. The following items are prohibited to be brought into the hotel.
1) Pets such as dogs, cats and birds
2) guns, swords, fire or flammable hazardous materials
3) Stinking things
4) External food
5) Items prohibited to carry by other laws

7. Storage of stored laundry or lost items will be kept for 6 months after leaving, unless otherwise requested, and will be handled according to hotel regulations.

8. Please make your payment at the front desk when you depart. If payment is requested at the hotel's discretion, please make payment at the front desk.

9. Cash or valuables should be left in the safe at the front desk during your stay. The deposit is free of charge, however, please note that the hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen cash or valuables that are not entrusted.

10. You can request 1.5 times the purchase price if you damage the fixtures in the hotel. Accommodation Terms

Article 1 (Application of this Agreement)
1. The Accommodation Contract and related contracts concluded by the Hotel shall be governed by the provisions of this Agreement and shall be governed by laws and customs in matters not specified in this Agreement.
2.The hotel shall be subject to the provisions of the credit card reservation, the details of which are subject to the terms of the credit card company and the hotel's merchant.
3. The hotel may comply with the terms of the agreement without prejudice to the preceding clause, as long as it does not violate the purpose, statute or custom of the agreement.

Article 2 (Refusal of Reception)
Our hotel may refuse accommodation if:
1. If you can not afford your room
2. If the request for accommodation is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
3. When it is deemed that there is a concern about the act about the accommodation or the act which is contrary to the public order or the moral order.
4. If you are clearly identified as a communicable disease
5. If you have a special burden of lodging
6. If you are deemed to have pets or dangerous drugs
7. Failure to accommodate accommodation due to natural disasters, breakdown of facilities or other unavoidable reasons
8. Possession or discovery of drugs
9. In the case where it is recognized that accommodation can not be provided as prescribed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea

Article 3 (Notification of name, etc.)
In the event that the hotel receives a lodging request (hereinafter referred to as a reservation application) prior to the date of stay, the hotel may require the applicant to specify the following, by specifying the deadline.
1. Name, Gender, Nationality and Occupation of the Guest
2. Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel

Article 4 (Deposit)
1. If our hotel accepts reservation, we guarantee reservation only when payment of deposit is received. However, in case of reservation by credit card, reservation is guaranteed regardless of whether or not the deposit is paid.
2. The deposit in the preceding Paragraph shall be paid for the penalty if it falls under the provisions set forth in Article 5 and shall be returned when there is a balance.
3. The hotel will notify the reservation number when the reservation is made by credit card or the reservation number, the receipt date, the name of the receptionist, and the cancellation fee.

Article 5 (Cancellation of Reservation)
In the event that the applicant for the accommodation cancels all or part of the reservation, the hotel will receive a penalty as listed below.
However, in the case of a group stay (more than 15 people), the reservation of the room less than 10% of the number of the room reservation reservation shall be canceled when the reservation is made less than 10 days from the scheduled date of lodging.

Article 5 (Cancellation of Reservation)
In the event that the applicant for the accommodation cancels all or part of the reservation, the hotel will receive a penalty as listed below.

1. General reservations
1) Cancellation 3 days before the date of stay: No penalty

2. Group bookings (15 or more persons)
1) Cancellation 5 days before the date of stay:
2) If canceled between 4 days and 2 days before the date of stay: 20% of the first day of the first room per room, but not less than 10% of the booked room.
3) Cancellation 1 day before the first day of stay: 30%
4) In case of cancellation before 18:00 on the day of stay: 50%
5) In case of cancellation after 18:00 on the day of stay: 100% of the first day's rate per room.

Article 6 (Cancellation of Reservation)
1. The hotel may cancel the reservation in the following cases, except as otherwise provided.
1) In cases where it is deemed that Article 2 (2) to (8)
2) If the request for clarification of Article 3 is not specified by the due date
3) If you have requested payment of the deposit in Article 4 (1), but not paid by due date
2. If the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will refund the deposit already received for the deposit.

Article 7 (Accommodation Registration)
Hotel guests need to register the following points on the hotel reception desk on the day of stay.
1. Name, gender, nationality, occupation
2. For foreigners, the passport number, date of entry
3. For residents, resident registration number
4. Current address, date of birth and age
5. Departure date and time
6. What other hotel deems necessary

Article 8 (CHECK OUT TIME)
1. The hotel will leave the hotel's room at noon (called the CHECK OUT TIME) at noon.
2. In case of exceeding the CHECK OUT TIME despite the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will charge an additional fee as listed below.
1) until 3:00 pm: 30% of the room rate (ROOM RATE)
2) until 6:00 pm: 50% of the room rate (ROOM RATE)
3) After 6:00 pm: 100% of the room rate (ROOM RATE)

Article 9 (Business Hours)
Business hours of our hotel facilities are listed in the separate guide.

Article 10 (Payment of Fees)
1. Payments must be made by cash or traveler's checks or bank credit cards accepted by our hotel at the departure of the guest or upon request from the hotel.
2. Even if you do not stay at the hotel after you start using the room, you will be charged.

Article 11 (Compliance with the Rules of Use)
Guests staying in the hotel must comply with the rules set forth by our hotel.

Article 12 (Refusal to stay)
Our hotel may refuse to stay in the following cases even during your stay.
1. In cases where it is deemed that Article 2 (2) to (8) apply
2. In violation of the Rules of Use

Article 13 (Accommodation responsibility)
1. Responsibility for accommodation in the Hotel shall be borne by the Guest when the Guest has registered the Accommodation at the Reception Desk of the Hotel and when the Guest is informed of the Accommodation, and if the Guest has vacated the Room for departure Responsibility ends.
2. The hotel is not responsible for accidents caused by the hotel's failure to comply with the rules of use given by the hotel.
3. If the hotel can not provide the guest with accommodation after the reservation guarantee, the hotel will arrange for the equivalent or other accommodation.
